Overview
Teams need current documentation and dependable state changes between planning, repositories, pipelines, and communication channels. This module treats those connections as an engineered system with security and failure modes.

Hands-on (required embedded lab)
Add a Markdown runbook and Mermaid flow diagram to a training repository through a pull request. Configure a safe test webhook or repository integration, validate its signature/secret handling, and record one successful delivery event. Break the endpoint or signature deliberately, observe the failure and retry behavior, restore it, then remove the endpoint and test secret.
Exam focus
- Markdown/Mermaid documentation and generated release notes are part of the delivery system.
- Webhooks require authentication, retries, idempotency, and failure monitoring.
